Why do you think your clients choose you as their remodeler?
I see things differently! I’m not afraid to take on challenging structural issues and come up with a solution that solves the core problem in the project’s design, even if the client doesn’t yet know what it is!
What makes you most proud to be a remodeler?
Creatively solving challenges. Most homes aren’t built with a future remodel in mind. To remodel a home and have it feel as natural as if it were the original plan, is very rewarding.
How do you bring a client’s vision to life?
What generally starts as a napkin sketch, quickly turns into CAD, and then into reality. 3-D imaging makes everything easier for the client to understand and visualize.
How would you describe your remodeling style?
No two remodels—or clients—are the same. It’s not so much a style as it is a process. First, I try to understand what it is they’re looking for, and then go forward with a plan. When I’m done, the home should look like it was always intended to be that way.
