Robert Dana Design is a third generation construction company, a tradition that was carried on when Jeremy Rupp and his wife, Emily, founded Robert Dana Design. Jeremy grew up around tractors and dump trucks, because his grandfather, Robert Dana, and then his uncle owned a construction company in North Dakota. After working in the building industry in Colorado, Jeremy and his dream team, including Emily, started to plant roots in the Twin Cities.
Robert Dana Design is a streamlined company that offers a one-stop shop for professional real estate development, custom renovation, design and construction. Jeremy and Emily Rupp are proud of the standards of integrity that remain constant since the 40s, and a team that brings highly skilled, individual disciplines to a contemporary company.
“We help our clients every step of the way,” said Emily, “from buying or selling a home to finding the land and building their own dream home. The most important phase of any building project is the planning stage, so clients meet the team right at the beginning for input, ideas and options. After Jeremy draws up floor plans and meets with an architect, we get together again. We build confidence with our clients, and it’s the best way for us to understand and execute their expectations with our exceptional field team as well.”
