What are the most important elements of a successful remodeling team?

It starts with the designer who is the creative force developing the aesthetic and functional vision for the client and ensures a successful result. The project manager is then responsible for the overall execution, timeline management, and communication among all parties. Everyone in the company strives for the same goal of providing superior communication with a client and finishing strong at the end of a project, which leads to positive reviews and referrals for future business.

What do you enjoy most about remodeling homes?

The creative process of problem-solving to make the most of a home’s potential is something we all find extremely rewarding. There is deep satisfaction that comes from taking a space that is outdated or underutilized and reimagining it into something new and exciting. But our absolute favorite thing is when our clients call us back to do another project or refer us to their friends and family.

What sets your company apart?

We feel our design services are elite. Our designers excel at transforming a client’s initial vision into outstanding outcomes and cater to every style, from minimalist to maximalist, traditional to contemporary, or any specific theme. We are continually researching the most current trends, materials, and technology to stay ahead of the fast-paced, ever-changing remodeling world. We also understand that today’s customer wants instant communication, and we pride ourselves on clear communication, reliability, responsiveness to questions and concerns, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This is crucial to a project’s outcome and our continued success.

How do you bring a client’s vision to life?

We do quite a bit of upfront work to understand our client’s wants, needs, and what they don’t like about their current home. Some clients have already started using platforms such as Houzz or Pinterest to get initial ideas, which helps as a good jumping-off point. However, some clients only know that they don’t like their current space and want something different. In either event, we provide the client with a variety of logical options and ideas that they may not have thought of to incorporate their end goal.
