What are the most important elements of a successful remodeling team?
The first key to a successful team, as well as a successful project, is communication. Open lines of communication between the team and the client assure that everyone is working to meet the goals and the expectations of the homeowner. The second key is experience. We pride ourselves on employing the best craftsmen—a team of 30 skilled professionals that are Lecy Bros. employees. This assures quality control, detailed craftsmanship, and adherence to the schedule. We have been building homes for 38 years and remodeling for more than 27.
What inspires and influences your work?
Our inspiration comes from not being restricted by what you can see, or what has been done before. And, our greatest influence comes from understanding our client’s family dynamics. The family’s lifestyle, as well as how long they plan to stay in their home, guides the project. We want the space to evolve as the family grows and changes—a renovation that works for them today and well into the future.
